Lifted lemon, lime, citrus blossom, minerals. Refreshing zesty flavours, lime juice, lemon zest, lemon grass, green melon, kiwi fruit with a lingering mineral line down the palate, a fresh mouth watering aftertaste.
Hand harvested, crushed and de-stemmed to press. Only the pure free run juice was maintained for the reserve ferment. The juice was fermented between 12 – 14’C for 12 day. Post fermentation the wine was fined, filtered and bottled fresh and zesty.

Red cherry in colour, the wine has blueberry and truffle aromas with complex flavours displaying hints of spice with a milk chocolate texture and a sweet fruit velvet finish.
The Pinot Noir fruit was handpicked and transported to our winery in the Hunter Valley for processing. The Fruit was crushed into small two tonne open topped fermenters with a portion of the fruit remaining as whole bunches. Following 10 days of fermentation, the must was gently pressed off and transferred to french oak barriques. After 10 months of maturation the wine was blended and bottled.

Deep red with hints of a purple hue. The Bouquet has soft Red cherries and mulberry fruits with mocha and savoury spice.Palate Intense mulberry and blackberry fruit core with complex savoury spice. A hint of integrated oak with soft and silky tannins.
The fruit for this wine was hand harvested in late February before being immediately crushed and de-stemmed to small open fermenters with plunging 3 times a day. Fermentation lasted 8 days, before it was pressed and put to French oak for malolactic fermentation and maturation for a further 14 months. Post maturation the wine was fined, filtered and bottled.
